How to reset the user’s password?

Steps to reset the user’s password:

Step 1: Navigate to User’s page

Step2: After that navigate to View Lab Status under Actions. This will lead to the attendee lab status page.

Step 3: After clicking on that here we need to look for Temporary Password. As per below snapshot an arrow is indicating that from where you can reset the password for the user.

Note: Attendee will receive the new password via e-mail.
